A combination of reiki and crystal healing incorporating mediumship, psychic and unique healing techniques to aid in prenatal energy healing, bonding and energy restoration to fuel the body and energy centres in preparation of labour and birth.
I created my technique to support mother’s of Birth trauma / Pregnancy trauma by using my own healing journey from PPROM and our Special Care Nursery separation from my baby at birth.

Trusting your body again after a preterm birth is crucial and learning to let go and surrender and strengthen your trust back into your body, sending love from your heart to womb .

Pregnancy reiki combined with crystal healing is designed to facilitate a deeper connection between you and your baby, promoting a sense of harmony and peace, while blessing you with deep relaxation and cleansing your body, mind & chakra system. This helps to reduce stress and anxiety, which can be mentally and emotionally beneficial as you prepare for birth.

Reiki can been known to help alleviate common pregnancy discomforts such as back pain, fatigue, and swelling, contributing to overall physical well-being.
