• 4 x 1.5 hour prenatal sessions to explore pregnancy and birthing options, birthing boundaries and advocacy, birth plan intentions. Includes 1 session based with Dad to plan and explore the ways he can support you and be included in the birthing experience.

• Unlimited virtual support via call or text throughout pregnancy via WhatsApp.

• Access to abitofTLC birthing support equipment -  birthing comb, TENS machine and birth sling.

• Available from 35 weeks: 2 x 1 hour in-home support such as basic home cleaning assistance, local errand completion 

• 2 x “Abit of Magic” visits (or via zoom), including 2 hour oracle, crystal and tarot card pulls, and energetic scanning 

• Pregnancy reiki healing session

• Free pregnancy/birth crystal pack 

• 2 x in-home pregnancy massages: 1 x pregnancy massage (available after 12 weeks gestation) and 1 x inducing massage (midwife or doctor written approval required)
