• 2 x 1 hour prenatal sessions to explore how your postpartum journey will start - exploring your options by going over birthing boundaries, postpartum requests and advocacy.

• 7 x 4 hour postpartum sessions/visits in-hospital/in-home support sessions. Available immediately after birth, to be used within 2.5 weeks postpartum.

• NICU, special care nursery guidance, support and education if required.

• Supportive guidance on bonding with baby – for Mum and Dad.

• 6 weeks unlimited virtual support via Zoom.

• Access to TENS machine for postpartum pain relief. 

• 2 x 1.5 hour birth debrief focused sessions - educating on signs of PPA/PPD/birth trauma.

• 3 x postpartum reiki during visits.

• In-home newborn boundaries support and advocacy.

• 3 x fresh home-cooked meals upon home visits.

• Basic home cleaning support.

• Local errand runs during 2 week in-home support (such as food shopping, errands).
